Introducing multiposting to the FabricCRM
Over the past few weeks we've been working hard with integration partners across the job board space to bring multiposting functionality to our CRM. Our first integration went live this week with CVLibrary which allows you to post or delete your jobs to remote job boards with one click
Settings / Set up
Each job board has its own settings, sectors, salary periods, job types etc which need to be mapped to your own settings inside your CRM. This can be done very easily in your CRM Settings under Multiposting settings. Inside these settings you can also add your posting credentials for the job board in question. Once this has been set up (which takes a few minutes) you can begin posting your jobs.
Differences
Unlike traditional multiposting tools we do not require you to have an account for each user that posts to the remote job board, instead there is a master account added in the set up process that proxies the jobs to the job board. This saves on cost and allows your whole organisation to respond to a job rather than a single consultant, this flexibility is a game changer in the world of multiposting.
Applications
Some job boards support direct applications that will send the full candidate details to your CRM, job boards that do not support this technology send the application in the normal way which is to email the application and any attachments to a specially crafted email address that can intercept the content, break it down and parse the information in to useful data. This method does not contain as much data as direct application technology but it's a good fallback. All of this is taken care of transparently behind the scenes for you so all you're presented with is easy one or two click application processing in your CRM interface.
Individual job board requirements
When posting a job you are first asked which job board you would like to post to, you are then presented with any individual options or requirements that job board might have. Requirements are options like Geographical region, Post type (such as premium listing etc), whether it's a Graduate job or a Public sector job - essentially anything that does not fit in to a normal job post and that might be individual to that job.
Deleting jobs
When a job is posted we record the remote location of the job and the information to delete it. This allows us to make a table of where a job has been posted and lets us delete the job from multiple places at once
Pricing
There is no extra charge for this new functionality - it comes as standard with your user licence(s). We are adding job boards as quick as we can find them and prioritise boards that have good traffic / application rates and that are also not complex to integrate.
