Research has shown that candidates interact with your service or company if they have all of the functionality of your website all wrapped up in a convenient and easy to use native app. No longer will you or your candidates have to worry about your users scrolling through 50+ tabs in their mobile browser to find your website to login and upload their latest resume, timesheet or update their employment / contact preferences, search for jobs, send messages or send you important documents.
One of the key features of the app is its timesheet functionality, making it easy for users to track the hours they have worked. Users can upload timesheets, which can be reviewed and approved by your consultants, alternatively they can submit a timesheet via the easy to use form. This feature is particularly useful for contract and shift workers. Timesheets submitted can then be exported into a CSV file for easy import in to your favourite payroll management software.
The app also allows users to apply for jobs directly through the platform, streamlining the application process. Your users can also easily send you scanned documents such as ID scans or licences via a secure document upload built right in to the app. As a consultant you can choose to be notified immediately of any changes or uploads to a profile so you can get to work on it right away.
Another useful feature is the ability to save and shortlist jobs. Users can save jobs they are interested in and easily refer back to them later. They can also keep track of the jobs they have applied for and you can choose whether to remove jobs that candidates have previously applied for out of their search results to save on application duplication.

The app is fully customised with your logo & branding and is submitted to the both the Google and Apple app stores.
